Welcome to "Crystal", a mobile platform that enables users to interact with virtual crystals, receive daily affirmations, and meditate with music (the "Service"). We at Insula Technology Inc. ("we", "us", "our") respect your privacy.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains our privacy practices for the Service. It describes the ways your personal information and data is collected and used through our designated mobile application. It also describes the rights and options available to you with respect to your information.

It is your decision to provide us with your personal information. You are not legally obligated to provide us with this information, but some of the functionality of the Service depends on it.

This Policy is incorporated into our User Agreement (the "Terms") and is a part of them.

1. Information we collect. We may collect information you actively provide us, including name, goals, birthday, zodiac sign, hometown, and personality traits such as MBTI and Big Five. This information is saved locally on your device and, if enabled, synced with Apple iCloud. We do not store any personal information on our own servers.
2. Using the information we collect. The information is used to enable personalization features within the app. No information is transmitted to or processed by our servers. We do not use your information for marketing.
3. Sharing the information we collect. We do not share your personal information with any third parties.
4. Aggregated information. We do not process or aggregate user data for analytics or sharing purposes.
5. Retention. Your information is retained only on your device or your iCloud account for as long as you choose to use the app.
6. Security. Your data is protected by your device's and Apple's iCloud security protocols. We do not have access to your personal data.
7. Children's privacy. You must be 13 years of age or older to use the app. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 13.
8. Changes to the Policy. We may change this Policy, in which case we will seek your consent if required by law.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you actively provide us –

During onboarding or while using the Service, you may actively provide us with the following information:

• Your name
• Your goals or intentions
• Your birthday and zodiac sign
• Your hometown
• Your MBTI type or Big Five personality profile

We do not collect or store this information on our servers. All personal information is stored locally on your device and, if Apple iCloud sync is enabled on your device, also on Apple's iCloud service. Learn more about Apple's privacy practices at:

We do not collect information passively and do not make use of third-party analytics tools for user behavior tracking.

MINOR'S PRIVACY

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children who are under 13 years of age.

If you are under the age of 13, you may not use the Service in any way.

USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

We may use the information you provide for the following purposes:

• Operating the Service and providing its features and functionalities
• Personalizing your experience (e.g., customizing affirmations or meditation content)
• Saving your preferences and onboarding responses for future app sessions
• Complying with applicable law, if necessary
• Taking any action in any case of dispute involving you, with respect to or in relation to the App

We do not process your personal information for marketing purposes and do not conduct user behavior tracking.

SHARING COLLECTED INFORMATION

We do not share your personal information with any third parties.

We do not use external analytics providers, ad networks, or third-party platforms to store or analyze your data.

AGGREGATED OR ANONYMIZED INFORMATION

We do not process your data into anonymized or aggregated formats. No user data is extracted or shared in any form, anonymized or otherwise.

TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE YOUR TERRITORY

Your data is stored only on your device and, if applicable, in your own Apple iCloud account. No cross-border transfer of personal information by Insula Technology Inc. occurs.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

The following disclosure is made pursuant to the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CA Civil Code § 22575): When you use our Services, we do not track your activities across other websites or services and do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals from browsers.

DATA RETENTION

We do not retain or have access to your personal information. Your data is retained solely on your device or in your iCloud account as long as you choose to use the app.

Uninstalling the app will delete all local data. To remove data from iCloud, you must manually delete it via your Apple device settings.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We rely on Apple's device and iCloud security systems to protect your information. While these systems implement industry-standard security measures, no method of digital storage or transmission is 100% secure.

We do not control the security of your local device or your iCloud account.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

From time to time, we may change this Policy. If you are a registered user, we will provide notice of such changes through the Service interface or via email if provided. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the amended Policy constitutes your consent.

The latest version of this Policy will always be accessible from within the app or on our website.
