Welcome to "ASCII Toys", an iOS app for playing with and creating ASCII-style toys (the "Service"). We at Insula Technology Inc. ("we", "us", "our") respect your privacy.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains our privacy practices for the Service. ASCII Toys is designed to run fully offline on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information, and the app does not require an internet connection to function.

This Policy is incorporated into our User Agreement (the "Terms") and is a part of them.

6. Retention. Your creations and preferences are retained on your device for as long as you keep the app installed. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
7. Security. Your data is protected by your device's own security protocols. We do not have access to it.
8. General audience. ASCII Toys is rated for general audiences. Because we collect no personal information, no information is collected about children of any age.
9. Changes to the Policy. We may change this Policy. The latest version will always be accessible on our website.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not collect personal information from users of ASCII Toys. The Service does not include sign-up, sign-in, contact forms, or any other mechanism that captures identifying details.

ASCII Toys does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting frameworks. The app makes no network requests in connection with your usage.

ON-DEVICE CONTENT

ASCII Toys may save the following on your device so that the app behaves consistently between sessions:

• Creations and arrangements you produce within the app
• App preferences and settings

This content is stored only in the app's sandboxed storage on your device. It is not synced to iCloud, not transmitted to our servers, and not shared with any third party. Uninstalling the app deletes this content.

GENERAL AUDIENCE

ASCII Toys is rated for general audiences. We do not collect any personal information from any user, so we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children.

If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the Service.

USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

Because we do not collect personal information through ASCII Toys, we do not use it for any purpose. We do not profile users, run marketing campaigns, or otherwise process your data.

APPLE'S ROLE

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

The following disclosure is made pursuant to the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CA Civil Code § 22575): When you use the Service, we do not track your activities across other websites or services and do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals from browsers.

DATA RETENTION

We do not retain personal information about users of the Service. On-device creations and preferences remain on your device for as long as you keep the app installed; uninstalling the app deletes them.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We rely on Apple's device-level security to protect on-device content. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data for us to secure. No method of digital storage is 100% secure, but the absence of data collection and network transmission materially reduces privacy risk.
